Allie brings a new light to nutrition and wellness - she was born and raised in the mountains of Alabama, half Icelandic, and has experience in clinical nutrition, supplemental nutritional programs, metabolism, and personal training. This diverse experience has prompted her to challenge the norms of traditional nutrition counseling. After working in a variety of health and wellness settings, she decided it was time to go out on her own, and that’s when she started her health and lifestyle coaching company, Water and the Well. The name itself encompasses the three things she finds most important to achieve health and abundance in everyday life: mind, body, and spirit. The mission of her company is founded in John 4:14.

“…but whoever drinks of the water that I will give him will never be thirsty again. The water that I will give him will become in him a spring of water welling up to eternal life.”

This statement embodies the philosophy of Water and the Well: it is through integrative nutrition and my holistic approach that we find the root cause of why you aren’t reaching your goals, or haven’t been able to maintain them. It is by starting inward and working our way out that we see lasting change, not a “quick fix,” and you will never be “thirsty” again. Nutrition is more than food, it is a mind/body connection. It is important that you focus on what you put into your body, what you put on your body, how you manage stress, and how often you are exercising.

A WELL NOURISHED MIND, BODY, AND SPIRIT WILL RESULT IN HEALTH AND ABUNDANCE THAT GOES FAR BEYOND CALORIE COUNTING OR DIETING.
